I shower, I then sit in the shower for about 10 mins

Then I take a multi vitamin

This. On work days, it usually takes me a few hours to get going. When I get up I drink coffee and take a multivitamin. But by the time work starts, I'm still usually tired. Then at first break I'll get a granola bar and a Mountain Dew, and that's generally when I start waking up.

I set my alarm earlier than when I actually need to get going, so I can spend a good half-hour laying in bed thinking about shit. Then I get up, have a little water, then crack open a soda. I used to have a cigarette immediately, but I quit smoking recently. If it's a weekday, I play with my nephew for a while. Then I go do what I need to do, whatever that may be.
