I do because I care about my planet

i don't because

A. it goes to the same place

B. it's a pain in the ass to sort

C. i just don't care enough

so pass me that plastic bottle and i'll toss it right in the trash

When I was at my parent's place, yes. It was actually tax deductible when we did.

In my place now, no, because they don't have a recycling service.

i have actually argued with my city to allow me not to have to pay for recycling service because i don't recycle but apparently they can't do it. the ONLY sort of recycling i do is for hazardous household waste like computer parts and that's ONLY because i have to. i'm not paying a fine for that shit. i'll drive to the recycling center to avoid a $300 fine. but otherwise i don't care

I just throw plastic and cardboard in the blue one and leafs in the green one and trash in the black one not so hard

Man I'd post the Pen & tellers bullshit theres a whole episode on why recycling and the green movement is

complete bs.. theres honestly zero need to recycle and it does more harm than good. Aside from stuff like

aluminum, batteries and other shit. Hopefully this is a good cut of it.

Wtf how hard is it really to do?

My city gives everyone two distinct large containers, one for trash and one for everything recyclable, plastic cardboard aluminum erc, not glass. Takes no thought or effort aside from keeping two different trash cans in the home.

the local trash collector doesn't do any recycling, and the municipality stopped offering recycling drop-off locations because people were just taking their regular trash out there as opposed to paying for trash pickup.

but i'm a hoarder, so i have my own brand of recycling. it's called hoarding.

If my apartment complex gave me bins and picked that shit up then I would.

However my local area is supposed to have inline recycling anyway so it might still happen on the back end

Unless you tell me what you need them for. ;)

I need them to store your stolen panties in. It's the perfect plan.
