ITT: you tell me something positive about yourself

I can sing the hell out of a lot of songs.  Right now, it's a sad thing to think about because my dad, who has been my main singing partner for my whole life, is probably dying.  Still, it's one of my favorite things about me and I'll always have our music when I'm feeling low.

My family is full of old folk musicians, and I'm thirty so many of my closest musical influences, family wise, are starting to die. It's sad, but my niece wants to learn guitar, and my older brother also has been learning how to play. This is how we influence one another beyond what we believe we are capable of. I wish the best for you and your dad, who is probably fucking blown away by what you can do.

After messing around too much in community college I'm now 2 semesters away from getting my Bachelor's in Science.

Assuming I don't fail anything but still, only 9 more classes to go :D

You got this!!

I know how to safely wrestle professionally. Haven't done it in years, but have often thought about starting a wrestling academy. But I need to get in better shape if I'm gonna train people.

Also, I know my way around a kitchen.

Oh I would love to know more about wrestling safely. Not that I'm a wrestling fan but that just seems like interesting information.

What do you like to cook?

Quit smoking and drinking to concentrate on physical and mental health and healing. As a result I can finally run 5k.  Working my way towards 8k very slowly.

Ah! That's excellent. I've been needing to cut back on my own alcohol intake. Got a friend lining up the month of September for (alcohol) sobriety and I was gonna do it with him.

As everyone knows, pro wrestling is scripted. However, that doesn't mean the moves aren't dangerous and most hurt like hell. A lot of moves are slight of hand, but some, there's no way to fake them. Like a slap across the chest. No way to fake it. A leg drop onto someone's neck, yeah, that would kill them in real life, so you have to know how to land to avoid actual contact.

Far as cooking, I can cook anything really. I don't bake much and I don't dabble in seafood, since disco and I are both allergic. Some of my favorites are Mexican food, authentic Texas chili, burgers, mushroom risotto, smoking meats, such as brisket, butts, hams, etc.
