Expand Back in I think my senior year, some classmates hopped in one of their cars to go to some barnparty a couple of towns away. They kept driving along the backroad that they thought was the right one and didn't realize they were in Canada until someone stopped to check a sign and it was in either German or Russian. And they managed to get back to town without passing an official anything or anyone. [ and before anyone yells 'canada is french!', there are spots where settlers settled that are their own main language; I once spent a weekend in an area where the main language was Finnish followed by passable English ] 2 Quote
