Lawyers don't have a First Amendment right to lie within the context of their professional practice. Obviously Rudy was his "lawyer" in name only and really engaging in the PR effort, but all the lying and fabrications (for said PR effort) were under the auspices of his law practice.

And no one will be held responsible if violence does break out in August. Least of all Trump, who is still pushing his bullshit, he won, narrative. He even crashes parties, and memorial services to give speeches about how unfair everyone is to him. 
he’s holding  rallies already. He’s saying he thinks he can be reinstated as president. This doesn’t sound weird to the so called Patriots.  A president saying they will be “reinstated” and not elected isn’t scary to them. As long as it’s their guy, it all can fly.

Only conservative nuts want to know why Ashli Babbit was shot. The rest of us sane people saw, on video, why she was shot. 
 

“she should have complied with law enforcement, she wouldn’t have gotten shot had she just done what she was told”

We are all being gaslit to believe that the attacks on 1/6/21 really weren’t nothin at all.  Members of Congress that were assisting in barricading the rooms in which they were hiding are saying this.  Trump is saying this. He’s acting like it was Woodstock up in that bitch instead of an attempted, planned coupe.  Watch, in a few years Kid Rock and Ted Nugent will say it was great and they played on the stage, near the gallows for hours. They really were jammin on that day.
