Current moderate drinker. I love my sour beers.

Well maybe heavy drinker if they're like counting my 8.5% beers as "two drinks"

I am a current light drinker. I haven't had a heavy drinking day in years.

I drink exactly 22 fluid ounces of milk on the 5th night of the 7th year of our potato. Got damn I made me hungry again

My cowboy can’t even get through an evening without his whiskey. Current moderate drinker.

I don't see former raging alcoholic. At my peak I was up to about a fifth a day. I haven't had a drink in almost three years.

It's part of why I didn't bother....12 drinks in a year...wtf are these parameters for...7 year olds?

No one having 12 drinks in a year has any business drinking with me for an hour

Congrats tho....March was 3 years for me.

Current infrequent.  It's not my thing, usually, but it can be fun on occasion. Mead is just fantastic.

Bump because this may soon become outdated. The US may have a guideline similar to Canada's.

https://www.ccsa.ca/sites/default/files/2023-05/CGAH-Drinking-Less-is-Better-en.pdf

If you don't feel like opening that, light drinking is 2 drinks or fewer a week, moderate is up to 6 drinks a week regardless of gender, and heavy is anything more.

And here's a more detailed report if you're bored:

well shit, I'm somewhere between light and moderate but that seems like more than i actually drink considering I can go months without drinking or even caring to get drunk

luckily this isn't about weed use though

I have a shot of whiskey or spiced rum or Jagermeister every 2 to 3 months. Haven't gotten drunk in 12 years or so.

Current infrequent drinker. Alcoholic fumes tend to be bad for other free roaming clouds around me and for the environment in general. Although every now and again at concerts things are cool and unified, especially the clouds coming off people's heads in the mosh pits.
