I'm not sure Godzilla has any powers / abilities that are fatal to vampires, unless he can wield an oak stake, garlic, holy water, a cross, etc. I'm also not confident Dracula's fangs could penetrate Godzilla's thick, leathery scaly hide.

I call a stalemate.

ok  that fare

At some point while Godzilla is kicking Dracula around cities, buildings, and such, he will probably end up plummeting into a cross, a stake, or a pile of garlic and be defeated.

Dracula can transform into a bat and fly. All he has to do is wait until Godzilla is distracted and fly into his mouth and bite Godzilla's tongue

The traditional vampire was conceived in a time when people had a limited understanding of atomic radiation and when people had limited weaponry. Sure, a stake through the heart, sunlight, or even garlic may be lethal to a vampire, but can we really believe that Godzilla couldn't kill Dracula with his atomic breath? It's concentrated heat as well, and not just radiation.

My friend, a professor and Godzilla enthusiast, answered accordingly:

Firstly, I would think that Dracula would need to get creative, what with the thickness of Godzilla's skin and all, in any iteration.
But it isn't an altogether impossible question, with Godzilla and Dracula technically having shared the same universe before (Marvel shared the rights to both at the same time).
I would say it certainly depends on the iteration of Godzilla you are looking at.
But... I certainly wouldn't think SOMETHING would happen. Several Godzilla baddies have been created from pieces of Godzilla before, so his genetic structure is not invulnerable to undergoing change.
Certainly I think Dracula might struggle with some radiation poisoning issues.
And I would think he would have to scarf down a lot of blood.
If you think about Blade he is a half vampire, so I imagine Godzilla might see a few power boosts like that.
I would love to see Godzilla pick up a few familiars or transform.
But I think Godzilla would remain mostly Godzilla, just with a bit of Stevie Nicks thrown in.
Gothzilla, if you will.

There's a possibility that Godzilla's breath would have a similar effect to sunlight. At any rate, something else to consider is that Godzilla is an animal and Dracula is an intelligent being who has lived for a very long time, so lots of experience under his belt. The bigger they are, and all that.

Godzilla has also displayed intelligence in his films and has arguably been alive for far longer than Dracula. He turned himself into a magnet to defeat Mechagodzilla, burned floating trash in the oceans and has even used his own atomic breath to fly.

Lots of animals display intelligence.... Just because a chimp can be taught to use a smartphone doesn't mean that chimp could engage in electronic espionage. It would be hard to use his breath to fly and as an effective weapon at the same time. What I think it boils down to is the nature of the respective fictions: Godzilla is always written as an unstoppable, indestructible god mode monstrosity, (a reflection of the need of the Japanese to inflate their own egos and secure their masculinity after we handed their butts to them) and Dracula is written as a powerful, corrupt antagonist who gets defeated in spite of the odds against it. Godzilla would win if this became a canon installation. I like subverting tropes, though, which is why I argue for Dracula. At the very least, Godzilla would be mind controlled for a period of time as a vampire before being cured somehow.

Dracula could transform into another godzilla and wreck him couldn't he? I mean if you're strict with the lore he can only do bats and wolves and small shit, but this dracula is pretty giant monster like.

Plus dracula has how many years of combat experience?  At least centuries.. Radiation wouldn't kill a vampire, but if godzilla can vaporize all of his body then it would be over I guess.

The giant lizard. Pretty sure he's got to have some ultraviolet energy in that radioactive breath of his. Plus Dracula's bite would never be able to get through his scales. I mean tank shells and missles can't penetrate them so, don't see how Drac's teeth could. He'd probably just hurt em if he tried.

dracula would have to bite godzilla in the eye or bhole...or somehow get him to whip it out and bite that.

that would be his only chance to win
