Can we take solace in the fact that if the AI uprising happens Elon will be one of the first to go?

Counterpoint - everything he touches bursts into flames either figuratively or literally. AI bots might hold off until they can figure out exactly how his stuper-power works before dropping something on him.

Pretty sure you can get the same education by watching 'Mythbusters' and 'Jackass' blow stuff up.

For someone who has sued both Hillary Clinton and Google for hurting her fee-fees, she sure is glad to latch on to someone whose idea of 'free speech' is bigotry, anti-Semitism, racism, and basically all the possible negative -isms imaginable are a-okay but anyone who calls out the bigots, anti-Semites, racists, and all the other possible negative -isms posting need to be silenced and added to an algorithm that immediately buries anything they post behind a dead-end wall. :|

Someone should tell her lava is just a spa day with bonuses and let nature take its course.

I went to report an unrelated Twitter reply i saw this morning advertising their only fans with an ultra graphic gif, but the rules when you report actually say it's ok as long as the adult nudity/sexual act is consensual.

They have adult ads? Is there an option to filter it or it’s just tits on the timeline?

The one I was referencing was just someone shilling in the replies of a big tweet. Should've reported them for solicitation instead maybe.

But actually yeah, their ad pool drained so much that my feed last week was littered with adds that we're just a pornographic images that probably linked to sketchy sites. When I tried to report some, I clicked on the "why am I seeing this ad?" button and it just said "the advertiser wants to reach: men in the US"

So that's why he changed the name to X.

I would've gone with Titter, personally.

You did not consent to having porn pop up on your feed though. You have a small child who may or may not want to see what daddy is doing at any given moment and unspoiler'd porn that you did not apply to receive while checking on a 'business' related account [ since you are the Admin of this place and that's the account you'd be counting ] could even be illegal depending on what the porn laws are in any given state - something I doubt anyone there is bothering to keep track of.

There were sexually explicit deep fakes of Taylor Swift on Twitter that they were not taking down despite the massive amount of attention it's getting... Until a bunch of Swift fans started mass reporting them last night

Now, wouldn't it be funny if Taylor sued Musk for failing to perform due diligence on the platform and it ruined him?

what state is she currently a resident of? NY added a private right of action to sue for the dissemination of deepfake "revenge porn". not sure that he could be on the hook as a nonresponsive platform and not the actual uploader.

He would be on the hook because it's 'his' platform, his 'rules', and he is the one that gutted the employee pool that would normally have been able to respond to things immediately. It's his deliberate choices that have allowed things to turn into a smut-pit and until it physically costs him personally, he's going to continue to be fine with wallowing in the chaotic smut and fake everything he's actively encouraged.

I'm not a fan of Swift per se [ 'Swifties' absolutely destroy the jewelry section at work every time that thing sneezes ] but I'm more than willing to cheer her on as she shoves Husk in a microwave to see if he tans.

Musk is whining on Twitter because a Delaware judge ruled that he shouldn't get a $50+ billion dollar bonus for being Tesla CEO. Now he's all like "don't incorporate your company in Delaware!"

What's even funnier is that Tesla was incorporated in Delaware by the original founders a year before he bought it.
