No I think they are confused with the kidneys. You only have one liver so if you wake up without it enjoy your last five minutes on earth I guess. 1

Well, I was speaking more from the stance that most livers are probably fucked up by the "donor" themselves before anyone could steal it. I also seem to recall that you can have a lot of it removed and still live, but I'm only remembering this from a quick cirrhosis search I did like 15 years ago....I could be remembering that wrong....And has no bearing as to if the entire thing is removed, as i doubt a harvester would just leave you with the crucial amount to live.

My understanding is it's like a Starfish, you can remove a certain amount and donate to someone and it usually repairs itself and works fine That being said my Education was in this State so, take that with numerous grains of Salt Not the "Fuck you Salt", The "Highly doubt Salt"
