  1. If it's a reunion we're going for, I might be able to dig up a MysticJhn. But I think he might've mostly been a Comedy dude that maybe few remember. And also it's maybe weird/creepy coming from me when nobody knows who I am/was. Lurker life. I recognize many, even if I don't post much.
  2. Sometimes I feel a twinge of concern that I don't seem to have a normal fear response. Does that count?
  3. False memories aren't the real problem. The problem is once you start questioning all memories. I think I remember a lot of things. But, I don't know how much of it is real. There are things I know that I don't know how or where or when I learned them. There are moments I remember living through years ago in a dream. Once you start questioning, any individual false memory doesn't really stand out. You've already accepted that your memory is fallible. Each one is simply a reminder to never be certain of what you remember.
  4. Batman can't kill Joker because he represents a part of him. Even here, we see that, in the end, Batman still couldn't kill him. Left him maimed and paralyzed, sure. But Joker had to finish the job himself. Batman could no sooner kill Joker than he could conquer his own psychoses. And given his last words to Joker, you could question whether he'll ever be rid of him for good. "Stop laughing."
  5. That's... one way to do it, I guess. Would probably expect she'd be more likely to be on board if she's just playing herself, which seems like a role that would be far more fitting. I don't think they'd need to have her reading his lines to "face the issue." Letting her spread her message (within the structure of the show), while denying him an audience for his, is as blunt about it as they'd need to be. Whatever they do with it, it seems fitting to have Dan Halen ruin it all with capitalism at the end.
  6. Can [as] reach out to Dolly Parton for a special guest episode, for that sweet sweet ironic comeuppance?
  7. It's a very easy response to turn off once you get the hang of it. Just channel your inner Croc Hunter. Be one with the animal. They're pretty chill. Just exploring.
  8. What's stopping you from just not being afraid of them?
  9. If you can actually use a flagship model to its fullest capabilities, sure. But I'd wager most people that buy them don't even need half of that, and wouldn't even notice the difference with a mid-range model.
  10. Usually a fan of DC animated, but, kinda done with origin stories.
  11. It's not too late to start it off.
  12. This is all I know about whatever this memey song is.
  13. Only one thing came to mind when they named the queen.
  14. Mayday is one of the best anime opening songs I've heard in a while. And I don't even like the screamo. Kinda gets a little heavy for me towards the end tho.
  15. For all the obsession with dinosaurs, still chose a mammal as a pet.
  16. His final tweet.
  17. Flashback filler is the worst kind of filler. Basically saying, "Yeah, none of this will matter, feel free to tune out."
  18. What in the fuck are we doing here.
  19. Meh. Didn't want to share it as youtube, and couldn't be arsed to figure out the embedding.

  21. Needed a new Switch game. Looking for something on the "short iteration cycle" side. Discovered N++. Holy shit, I remember enjoying the original Flash game. Never knew it turned into a little franchise. Loving how, three games in, and the gameplay has not changed a bit. Pretty much exactly how it was in Flash. It's like a platformer distilled to its purest elements, and deviation would just result in something lesser.
  22. Lost me at sweet. I'm all about that acidity. I have been known to sip vinegar straight.
  23. More appropriate would surely be on a pulled pork sammich. I like prepared horseradish, but rarely have any meals it's good with. Deli/horseradish mustard is good on lots, tho. Wonder how quickly we could turn this thread into a BBQ debate. Carolina style all the way. Mustard or vinegar, I'm fine with either.
