This is when you know maybe you're just getting too old for anime. All the big names are huge disappointments anymore.

Don't worry. They'll find some way to make swords important even in space.

We know he's not getting convicted. The greater point is to highlight the senators that are totally cool with it.

So, sponges is all paid up now, right?

...I have been on these boards (or the internet in general) way too damned long, to have actually predicted the coffee enema post.

I might also agree with sponges, if I actually thought anyone attempting to target a representative could actually find Israel on a map.

Trick question. You can't steal from rich people, you can only steal from the people they exploit to get rich. -
A couple more easy ones: Konichiwhat's up? Arigathanks.

If you thought 2020 was bad, just wait for the sequel. Actually, can't decide if 2021 is the sequel or the reboot. 2022 sounds more like a 2020 sequel.

Call Me, Call Me was always the saddest part of this series for me. Better question: Her identity is completely fabricated. How did it even reach her? -

Took me a few too many episodes to realize they're shortening the opening now as well as the ending. -
Finally got around to watching this. Maybe it's just nostalgia goggles, or a bad memory, but I don't remember the original making quite so many political jabs. Enjoyed the animation. Writing was eh. Seemed like they weren't sure what audience they were actually targeting. Leaned heavily towards the older demographic, but with everything reined in for some semblance of young appeal. I kinda felt like they completely missed the mark on what was so endearing about the original. A kids show that was clever. Turning it into a young adults' show that is cartoony is just out of touch. And yeah, obviously they also needed a more diverse cast. Taking the variety out of the show is, again, missing out on the original charm.

Has anyone had any established motivation for doing anything so far in this movie?

Every other line of dialogue is so painfully predictable.

I don't really mind paying for any subscription service at this point, since any of it will turn out cheaper than cable. I did download Tubi on the Roku a while back. Seem to recall I wasn't impressed at the time. Selection looks much improved. Or maybe I never actually looked into it like I thought I did. Some dubbed, too, even. Subs are fine and all, but sometimes, just want to sorta half pay attention while doing something else. Good start, probably use it for background noise instead of TNG on pluto when there's too many Wesley episodes. I suppose truthfully, I could probably literally sub to netflix, hulu, crunchyroll, and funi, and still probably save money over the cable sub. Just sorta trying to determine if there's anything I'm not considering, or anything I'll still be missing out on or whatever.

Not a hole. High layer of ice crystals. Halo caused by refraction of light.
