Weren't you told to hate romney by your handlers?

It's not like Romney said anything that everyone didn't already know anyway.  The only dipshit that didn't seem to believe Putin was dangerous was a certain Republican failed-president.

Well, I guess since he failed at everything else he also failed at being a Republican....

You're right... Obama didn't think Putin would be stupid enough to interfere in an American election, hitch his star to the single most useless POTUS in history, then top it off by somehow fighting a worse campaign than the ones his predecessors fought in Afghanistan.  But, to be fair,  Romney probably didn't think Putin was dangerously inept either.

Casualties
The UN rights office (OHCHR) said on Friday that at least 816 civilians had been killed and 1,333 wounded in Ukraine through to March 17.

Most of the casualties were from explosive weapons such as shelling from heavy artillery and multiple-launch rocket systems, and missile and air strikes, OHCHR said.

The real toll is thought to be considerably higher since OHCHR, which has a large monitoring team in the country, has not yet been able to verify casualty reports from badly-hit cities like Mariupol.

According to the Ukrainian Defense Ministry, Russia has so far suffered over 14,200 casualties.

Ukrainian troops have also reportedly taken out 450 tanks, 1,448 armored personnel vehicles, 205 artillery systems, 72 MLRS, 43 anti-aircraft defense systems, 93 aircraft, 112 helicopters, 12 drones, 60 fuel tanks, three boats, 879 other vehicles and 11 special equipment.

Ukrainian Border guards attempt to give the Belarusian Ambassador 30 pieces of Silver.

The guard is holding the bag, the Ambassador refuses it, the guard tosses it at him.

I had thought that Putin was trying to lure the US/NATO into a confrontation so he would have an excuse to unleash hypersonic missiles against the West, but was told they only have a few hypersonics.  Today, Russia launched a hypersonic against a Ukrainian military vehicle.

So if they only have a few, and used it to hit a vehicle, then either Putin has gotten really desperate/crazy, he's sending some sort of message to the West or he's got more of them than people think.  Considering the expense, the use against just one vehicle seems pretty weird.

Edit: Late last night they changed it to "munitions stockpile", hope it was their own stuff.

I swear, one look at that pancake makeup that is NOT doing a thing for her at all makes me feel like a gods damned pageant contestant once more.

Send her to Russia. They are apparently in need of mentally stunted parrots for their government approved news programs.

I want to get some verification on this, especially as news of the 6th Russian tank regiment being wiped out makes the rounds.

I can't even tell if she's doing this on purpose, or she's just batshit crazy, or "it can be both" anymore honestly.

I'd say she's a "Russian plant" but that would be insulting to flora.

Should have responded, "We fully accept your offer to surrender to us.  We promise to treat you as humanely as you have our citizens".

In a few years when this mess finally blows over,  God willing, I just know Netflix is going to make a docudrama called “Yacht Hunter” about some dude with a mustache hunting oligarch yachts and dealing with the super rich.

Slightly ominous.

Maybe they're burning the coal that protestors dumped at the gates a couple weeks ago.
