Oh, I guess i see what this is all about, and it seems you didn't do a good enough job....But you got the reaction, and maybe that's all you wanted.

Yeah... a few hours apparently wasn't enough.

It's sort of like a Tic..k that won't just stay away unless you kill it with fire.

Given the subject title and the composer of this thread I expected this to be waaaaaaaaaay worse, and possibly more graphic, than it was.

yes it is.. its only 2 hours less than eight. not really gonna impact you that much here and there.

2 hours makes a HUGE difference.

I try to go to bed one hour earlier than I used to on work nights, and it made  a huge difference. When I went to bed at 10:00 I was always tired, sluggish, and miserable at work. Since I started doing my best to go to bed by 9:00, I've always been far more energetic at work and no where near as miserable.

I have to admit, since recently I've had a semi-regular sleep schedule, an hour can make or break the whole system.  Granted, I'm still not getting anywhere near 8 hours a night, but I've found myself instead of rolling out of bed at 3am, facing the futility of trying to go back to sleep....I now see 3am and think "Omg, I can sleep for at least 3 more hours."

I was really trying to figure out why I was resting so good lately, and really.....I think it's the 2 nights of graveyard....Technically, I'm still doing the insomnia shit 2 nights out of the week....But It doesn't seem so harrowing because I'm not trapped in my dark ass house, staring at my phone and computer for the entirety of the night.

Funnily enough, I've been known to speak in different accents while out in public. It always throws people off when I suddenly switch back and forth from my natural accent to one that's put on. (I really don't need to do that, but I guess it's the high school thespian in me. lol)
