I just had two of their pizzas this week, a regular Rising-Crust supreme and their over-priced Stuffed-Crust supreme, and both pizzas were off-putting. They were soggy in the middle, had no crunch, and felt oddly samey. I couldn't even taste the cheese in the stuffed-crust.

Is this an end of an era?

You sure your oven's heating element or flame is lighting fully?

I never had DiGiorno's.  Baron or Ellio's.

I never tried that brand pizza either. I rarely buy frozen pizzas at all and Digorno always seemed overpriced/

overhyped to me.. Though I've never met anyone that actually cared for the brand. Their commercials were

always pretty arrogant, and widespread.

I thought DiGiorno's was pretty good for a frozen pizza, but it doesn't compare to fresh pizza. Haven't had it in quite a while though, so I can't say if they got worse or not.

DiGiorno's always tasted off to me. Haven't had one in ages but the sauce alone was just nasty.

I rarely buy frozen pizza anymore but if I'm in the mood to be particularly lazy, I get Wild Mike's. Best frozen pizza dough I've ever had. Beyond that, nothing special except the box is super duper 90s.

That WILD MOTHERFUCKER right there will take care of your pizza fix. Just look at Mike there. Really look. Look at that manic expression carved across that neanderthal brow, the unnatural angle of his Chiclet teeth. He knows what you're after and he's ready to deliver.

He kinda reminds me of someone.

No you're not.  You know exactly which post I'm replying to because only one link has reviews.  I quote when I wanna quote.

Both of them have reviews

That one dude bashed the shit then still said he recommends this product

People giving out 4-5 stars on something they totally dogged in their review aggravates the shit out of me. It's so pointless and makes think that person is weak as hell.

Posted

He probably meant the pizza review since the timestamp on his post is only like 24 seconds after you posted the second link.

Now see if budy mentioned that I wouldn't have been confused

The only good frozen pizzas are thin crust and even then you have to salvage them by putting on your own banana peppers and Cholula and curry powder

Literally wtf is wrong with you.

I did remove the cardboard from the pizza.

But it still doesn't change the crust tasting like fucking cardboard.

Cooked it directly on the rack?

Actually, no.

I don't trust that method. I have a pizza pan, but it's old af. It's nearly 20 years old.

Try that method

also if you add additional toppings the cooking time will need adjustments
