Is "that one person" the same person?

You always say it's some person, but it's only you that I ever hear say this.

I'd like to thank the Australian government for casually dropping off a few missile bits for the Russians to find.

Boomerangs really do come back when you launch them.

In Putin's Russian military, Russian missile strikes you!

I've seen those reports and images. They are appalling.

Sadly, the world will not isolate Russia. Russia, if anything, is not really being hurt at all at this point. The Ruble has recovered and will likely continue to strengthen. Africa, South America, Central America and much of Asia have not honored the sanctions imposed. India is staying neutral and continuing to buy energy from Russia. China is actively helping Russia evade sanctions with impunity while questioning the "illegal sanctions". Strategically, Russia has largely secured the desired land bridge to Crimea, and most of the more experienced and elite Ukrainian forces have been rendered combat ineffective in the process. Yes, they got pushed back from Kyiv, and that is good, but everywhere else Russia pretty well won what they set out to win. In addition, the sanctions have only improved Putin's approval rating.

So, this happened.

Your coworker is, at present, completely wrong.

NATO formally invites Finland and Sweden to join alliance

https://www.cnn.com/2022/06/29/politics/joe-biden-nato-day-2/index.html

"

Madrid CNN  —

NATO formalized its invitation to Sweden and Finland to join its alliance Wednesday, a historic expansion of the defense bloc that directly undercuts Russian President Vladimir Putin’s aims as his war in Ukraine grinds ahead.

The group collectively decided to approve countries’ applications to join after Turkey dropped its objections Tuesday, paving the way for NATO’s most consequential enlargement in decades."

It could take as little as 30 days for this to happen. This will go down as one of the single biggest backfires in history. Putin started a war to keep Ukraine from joining NATO, and hes going to end up with a massive expansion of NATO. Theres nothing that Russia can do to stop it at this point either.  Its pretty clear that Sweden and Finland already have defacto NATO status with everyone pledging to defend them if Russia does something stupid.

I just would like to see you say; the Republicans aren’t the party for me anymore.

I did it… let’s fight for the women we love

Russia’s excuse for its military failures is a freaking doozy -

If I was a Ukrainian spokesman, I’d just roll with it.  “Yeah, sure, we can neither confirm nor deny mutant test tube soldiers.”

I just like that the URL cuts off at "Russia says losing because Ukraine," because that's entirely accurate.

HIMARS are true gamechangers, says Ukraine’s top spy

https://news.yahoo.com/himars-true-gamechangers-says-ukraine-101600013.html

These things really do seem to be game changers in Ukraine. Since they hit the battlefield Russian advances have seriously slowed or stopped entirely.  Ukraine has also been extremely successful at targeting Russian command and control centers. Lots of dead Russian commanders since these systems started to show up.

I heard on the radio that the Ukrainians damaged the major bridge crossing on the Dnipro River that Russia uses to supply the Kherson urban area. Not totally destroyed, but unable to shuttle military supply convoys to the west bank. As Russia grinds its way through in the northeast, I think this is probably where there will be a lot of activity soon, fighting for the western bank.

This is so clownish 🤡

We have here a 2016 Ben Carson Republican shaming a 1964 Goldwater Republican for not "fighting for the woman they love" by.....voting for the Democratic party LMAO.

That's not what "fighting" means, your piddling little voting ritual amounts to even less than all of the nothing you do politically all year long while waiting to spew your impotence into the voting booth.

The Dems have never fought for these women you love and they're going to get BTFO in November anyway...this entire tack is just repulsive.

Also isn't this thread about fucking Ukraine? Circus smells all around.
