Okay, so I saw a commercial for Sanders yesterday that was trying to make the point "BIDEN IS CAUSING ALL THIS INFLATION, THIS KID CAN'T EVEN AFFORD A BOX OF OATMEAL CREAM PIES OH NOES!!!1!" 

But the main thing I noticed, and I shit you not, this kid put food in the dog's bowl and mowed the yard and got TWO DOLLAR BILLS for doing all that.

So, polls tighten across the country because, "It's the economy stupid".

Expect higher energy prices, food prices and housing prices to have a much larger impact on the election than predicted, and put several otherwise safe races into toss up territory.

 

Also, in addition to being a dangerous  election denier Stacey Abrams is also apparently science denier. No wonder Kemp is likely to win.

 

Oh, and apparently it is okay in North Dakota to run over people of the opposite political viewpoint....

Let's smack these down, shall we?

The constant crying about 'economy! economy! economy!' is being directly pushed as The Topic by republicans because pointblank, the whole 'Women Aren't People' thing isn't working out the way your personal idiots thought it would. It is the thing that is constantly asked about around here but the political replies are always 'Why are you talking about that? You should totally focus on [ ANYTHING that isn't about the personal rights of women to make medical decisions for themselves ] !!!!1!' Every time. If you want to cry about the high prices of everything, maybe you should consider that a tanked economy is directly tied to bullshit policies where nothing was done at the start of a pandemic because the idea of doing anything that would have allowed for a steady but safe working environment was anathema to the whole 'work harder! die for your company! you are now essential and therefore can't refuse to work due to health concerns!' pushed by those that profited from denying there was any incoming problem. You ended up with massive amounts of people getting sick and dying and those were the ones that were ESSENTIAL. You should also consider that any acts to curb price gouging were outright blocked by so-called for the people republicans. Why? Because doing a damn thing for the actual people during a democratic presidency isn't allowed. 

Fat Boy lost so badly that not even a bought SCOTUS could put him back in the WH. That's not 'election denying'. You can't cry about how rigged an election is against you while still claiming victories in other votes handled at the exact same time. Perhaps you should define 'rigged' for everyone here since the dictionary you keep referencing is written in wingdings and frog assprints. Because rigged to me seems more like someone who intentionally puts someone in charge of a necessary service like the Post Office in order to remove machines and gut things to slow down deliveries and kill off mail-in ballots, attempting to force fake electors into position to claim victory regardless of the actual votes, suing states for not voting for you, calling state officials to demand they 'find' enough votes [ up their asses ] in order to claim victory, running 'audits' that actually merely allowed people who shouldn't have had any access to the inner workings of voting machines to get that access and potentially compromising future votes unless the machines can all be recalibrated before they get used again, and attempting a gods damned insurrection on the day of the confirmation because interrupting that totally means the incumbent grifter gets to stay in office forever. 

The 'heartbeat' heard that early on is the electrical current of a stem cell cluster that is on it's way to being a heart. But it's not a heart. It can't be operated on to fix an abnormality, it can't support the fetus on its own in any way, it's not even a vague organ shape. 'Heartbeat' laws are just shit-tiered excuses for mainly angry old males to try to control the narrative and force their choices on women's bodies. They can't openly admit to their blazing misogyny but claiming it's for religious reasons is a-okay. Gotta have them human products. 

North Dakota republicans. Brought in the National Guard because someone saw a gun at the DAPL protests [ in a state that's not only Constitutional carry but has also extended Castle Doctrine to include WalMart parking lots because lethal force is always the answer to threats of someone parking closer to the store than you ] . Allowed mercenaries into the area to control people by flying over them in helicopters and brandishing military-grade weapons at them. Tried to pass a law that would allow people to run over protesters just because. Passed the laws against abortion anyway by stroke of pen after the people of the state specifically voted against it.  After how many years of republican jackasses downplaying their own violent tendencies, applauding being told that dissenters should be hauled away in body bags, physically running down and over other people, traveling to different states and shooting / killing people for daring to demand equal justice under the law, attempting to pass laws that allow that sort of behavior with no fear of consequences - ONE idiot is run over for supposedly expressing conservative views and its now a horrible problem that's totally the fault of the current President who dared to say that MAGAts and their white supremist bullshit are an issue and that's somehow more divisive than a previous president that spent and continues to spend his time catering to those shitheads by calling everyone who isn't white a threat to democracy / replacing all the real Americans / rapists / thugs. You do not get the right to complain about how political violence is out of control over one idiot when you've been applauding that same violence if it's used against your political opposites.

Being the anti-Trump as MAGA begins to collapse on itself makes going the Independent route the logical choice.  Let’s not forget that’s she’s still ultra conservative; Democrats wouldn’t touch her even if she wanted to help them, which she definitely does not.  All this noise hides the fact that a vocal minority within a minority is taking an outsized pull on our collective attention and it has nothing to do with the base conservative causes that it purports to support.  She can still advocate for abortion restrictions, immigration restrictions, or corporate tax bailouts and still come out comparatively sensible to a large part of the conservative voting bloc.

Yeah but she's in this for the money. And Democrats would pay her a lot to denounce MAGA in public speaking engagements.
