Apartment.

One day when I win the lotto, maybe move to a condo. All the space of a house but some other idiot does all the yard work automatically. :D

Yard work is the worst part of owning a house. I hate yard work.

I currently live with my mom who lives in an apartment. It's two-level so no neighbors above or below. I guess it could be called a townhouse or rowhouse based on it's design but it's listed as apartments by management. We do have some flats but not many.

I should be moving out within a year or two and I plan to rent for the next several years. There would be no point in buying a home right now but I do plan to do so by the time I'm 40 in 2028. Hopefully the economy will be in a great condition by then.

As a person who worked in apartment maintenance for over 6 years, I could never live in an apartment or townhome.

That being said, I live in a house and I love being a landlord.

I don't see how you can do it. Being a landlord just seems so damn stressful. My mom's landlord manages three complexes and he looks like he could snap at any moment, lol.

We rent...but I really wanna buy a townhouse....but LB wants a house...whereas I don’t want responsibility of the exterior...

But you can do whatever you want with the exterior. Plant trees. Flowers. Shrubs.

I get it though. Yard work can be exhausting.

Presently in a house with my parents. Since I'm finally over the latest health hump, I plan on traveling at the end of this year to see which states are worth moving to. If I stay in Georgia, I'll probably live in another house. If someplace up north, probably an apartment.

Since you're already used to the right wing bullshit, TN is pretty nice.

Heeelllllllllllll no. Georgia is the only state in the south that I'm willing to live in. There are scriptwriting opportunities here too whenever I'm ready to start that.

Inherited my grandmother's house  so I'm here after all the expenses I've dealt with over the last 8 years I'm starting to notice something  ...........plumbing is a fucking mess! I do love the yard work though

I don't like yard work, but when I get started on it, I don't mind it.

Probably haven't been through there. We pretty much only spent time in Ft. Stewart. and Savannah when visiting my brother who was stationed at the former.

I'm from Savannah. But moved to the country at a young age. Disco and I moved back to Savannah years ago, but I am so used to the country life. City life isn't for me. But we still go to Savannah often. Such a beautiful place.

You've got your work cut out for you. Lots of digging.

I am thinking about expanding our fish pond. I just pressure washed the bridge yesterday. I have to stain it. But I think I want to make it bigger. We have a big Cyprus stump sitting next to it, but I think I'd like to have it in the water.

Sponges and I bought/inherited a pretty large house from my family. Great great..... grandpa built it 117 years ago. It is always sold to someone in the family just at a pretty decent price.

While I love that we got our first and last home right away it does seem like a lot of house for the 2 of us sometimes.

I'm gonna fill it with pets.

With a house that size, I'm guessing the yard is big too?

Garden?

Pretty big

Except we are near a nature reserve/low land so lots of flooding in spring and large storms.

What is all the white stuff?

Ohhhhh. Snow. Haha.

We have none of that down here.

But we have pollen. Lots and lots of pollen.
