Thanks for the support, what can I really say other than that's life. I think I'm going to be ok but the family members I'm worried about, yeah this is going to be an uphill battle.

I'm sorry.  Whenever I miss my grandma I just watch Red Dragon to remember her properly.

I doubt this is universally good advice though.

I'm sorry man.

It was hard losing my Nana but I was also relieved because her last two years she was just in and out of the hospitals/nursing homes for all kinds of reasons.

This. She wanted me to come visit her in the hospital the day she died but I was tired from work and decided not to since she was supposed to come home the next day for Thanksgiving. I still think about that and regret it sometimes after 13 years.
