What does Dumpster Fire require?

They should change it to like 100 posts or 50

You know, they should probably lift the restriction all together. The point of the rule was based on banning rules from ASMB. You get banned, you can't make a new account and go right back there. You need to build up your account.

But that's not how bans work here. If you're banned, aren't you pretty much IP banned? Even temp bans are IP bans, aren't they? Once you get banned you can't just circumvent it by immediately creating another account and start over fresh.

Am I wrong? @KN @Adminderaptorpat

Just curious.

any report or complaint grand enough to be ousted from regular folders, dumpster fires are made for trolls to argue without the threat of a ban

after the thread is dismissed or just to post any junk that doesnt fit anywhere else.

This is gonna take forever.

Yeah, I have an alt I was trying to raise up to post there but since I almost post there most of the time, it's taking forever because I just don't have enough to say in FFA of Rants to boost the numbers so I just keep coming back to this account so I can see and post there

I think Luuv put the 500 post threshold in to make sure that anybody new would be thoroughly exposed to the board culture, and fairly interested in staying, before having access to the absolute worst that we have to offer and being scared off.

DF is not a 500 post level, its like a 25k post level but we thank luuv- thanks for the thought, bosses.  500?

That's not at all what I remember, but 2 out of 2 people who have responded said this, so I guess I might have to take your guys' word for it. >_> Though I think the explanation I gave was also part of it. But maybe it was not all of it.

I think someone who has 100 posts would be exposed to our board culture enough to get what's going on. This place really isn't booming with activity.

@Adminderaptorpat Please lower the restriction.

I think they just don't want normal new people to have to look at what's in there.

Does this place even get normal new people? How would anyone find it, let alone want to join it?

The board itself is a dumpster fire. I don't need 500 posts to see that.

Dude, you're very nearly half way there.

Yeah, but I don't post consistently enough to go full nelly. It'll probably be changed/opened before I hit that 500.
