That's a lot of balloons

I knew a guy who could bench 300lbs. He would only ever do pushups, but would come out to the weight pile every once in a while, bust out a few sets, and leave everyone speechless.

I knew another guy who would curl 50lb weights as a warm-up. His biceps where bigger than my head. Cool dude though. Pitched for the White Sox.

Do you even lift brahhhhh

I used to workout with 190.......I maxed at 265. Now.....workout with closer to 150-160.

Squats? Add all those fuckers together. I could literally squat a car. Can't do it anymore....knees won't hold up.

Squats are my favorite thing to do and I'm quite worried about knee problems in the future, knock on wood.

I can bench the metal stick without the weights you put on it. My arms are weak as fuck.

The barbells already have 45 lbs on them. Pick up a lighter bar and start on those first and slowly build up enough strength to handle thole Olympian bars.

His warm up is my max.

I lied. That's not even close to my max.

Oh this was in high school. After my joints went all screwy, dancing is the only physical activity I'm willing to be in pain for.

That's still good. Keep it up.

I expect you to bench 450lbs this time next year. Chop chop brahhh.

I can only curl comfortably with 35s......I can get 45 but the effort would be fruitless since my form would be fucked up.

That's about the same for me. I can lift 45 but i stick with my 35lb dumbbell as well. 45 is too much to do right.

Dancing like those Zumba classes?

Freestyle. It's been 2 years since my body was healthy enough to get back into it slowly, so I still look pretty goofy dancing.

You’re a LOT less likely to have knee problems than me. Trust me.
