He would only ever do pushups, but would come out to the weight pile every once in a while, bust out a few sets, and leave everyone speechless. I knew another guy who would curl 50lb weights as a warm-up. His biceps where bigger than my head. Cool dude though. Pitched for the White Sox. 1

Squats are my favorite thing to do and I'm quite worried about knee problems in the future, knock on wood.

The barbells already have 45 lbs on them. Pick up a lighter bar and start on those first and slowly build up enough strength to handle thole Olympian bars.

That's about the same for me. I can lift 45 but i stick with my 35lb dumbbell as well. 45 is too much to do right.
