didn't have to text them first. wasn't even near my phone. i just got a text asking if i wanted to do something. usually when I get asked to do stuff it's either in facebook message with a group of people or it's an invite to a party. i can't remember the last time i was personally texted to hang out. i actually ran through my hall jumping up and down. i know it's not much, but i guess it's something small that made me actually feel happy and wanted today.

I'm still waiting for you to text back.....r u down to go skydiving at that place with one star on yelp? Like I said in the text, I think it makes it more of an adrenaline rush...

The title hit me like a gut punch of pity and not exactly rage but idek what, then I got to this incredibly sad cold finishing blow which may have knocked the wind out of me for the entire rest of the night

Please.... Please tell me you think you're wrong about it never happening before as an adult, and aren't wrong abt misinterpreting their text as asking to hang out 

Actually no, now that I think abt it that would be even sadder bc you're not even sure if it's happened before...i assumed u were exaggerating at first when you said for the first time in your adult life and just meant it's been awhile so long you can't remember, which is painfully depressing, but oh my God if you were speaking literally

as a text? no i think i'm right. no one ever texts me, they just message me on facebook but it's never just one other person. it's usually a group of people that i get lumped in that gets invited to go do stuff. i mean i get invites on facebook i guess but never direct messages to do stuff. maybe i'm wrong and i'm just drunk and tired.

i'm not the only person in their 20's. there's a bunch of other people at that company around my age. on my team? yeah i'm the youngest by probably 25ish years

Man, if you guys think Naraku is depressing, you don't even want to know how sad and pathetic/lonely my life is. I don't know enough people to get caught up in group invites to anything.
