Lady Gaga....

I made it about 1:40 into the song before I was all, "Damn, I dunno bout this."

I hope she gets other awesome Vegas crooners to do random duets with her though, that would be pretty sweet if Tony Bennett just randomly popped in, or Neil Diamond or whichever of Sinatra's illegitimate children happen to be in town. Great potential there for some kind of impromptu awesome to be born.

 

Not really on topic, but what the hell, is Taylor Swift pregnant or did she just decide to not care, cause she is a grenade now.....

Beginning had my interest but the lyrics are just too lolz, so ya, glad it never made the CD.

And I can def see her bringing Tony in on her show...it'd be fun if she brought in Britgina or Cher, too...maybe Celine.

She shouldn't do Vegas >_> too soon for her, but she's going to make a shitload of money.

I want new music =\\\\\ unless she releases a new CD before Dec 2018, which she might <_< now I just need someone to buy me tickets to her Vegas show.

I don't blame her though, tours are expensive and a gamble, I mean look at Katy Perry. Total bust on her latest tour. Gig in Vegas, you get a solid contract and I'm sure she can do pretty much whatever she wants to creatively. I don't blame her for taking the offer, and like I said, it is a great place for her to bring in people for duets and collaborations, which seem to be popular in music in general. She is talented enough to be able to work with just about anyone, so why not use her show as her own platform to show off and try something new.

I actually wouldn't mind seeing her in Vegas, but I'm going to be very busy this year, so I probably won't have time to go.

 

xD I have no interest in her either, but there was a bad photo of her on one of the grocery store rags so I figured I'd ask since you pay more attention to this kind of thing than I do.

Her doing this Vegas residency actually pisses off her fans because it means she isn't touring, and it's hard enough to afford regular tickets...but to have to get tickets + plane tickets + hotel is A LOT more than seeing her come to a closer city AND even more for her fans out of the country.

Katy is just a mess >_> Katy legit released her tour dates and tried to get people to buy her tickets before even releasing a CD...like, wtf? No one is going to buy those tickets until you release the CD of the tour, people want to know whether to go or not based on that. xD Witness flopped, no one went, so yeah <_< But Gaga, even when ARTPOP was her weakest turn out, it brought in a LOT more than Katy's Flopness tour did.

Oh, hahaha, nah, I did not see.

Unless she's doing something shady I'm off her radar <_<

Does she? That's a shame, hopefully the time off will help out some, but having to perform every night can be pretty taxing.

Greatest hits, I mean, yeah she has a couple albums out, but I think she should also do some new stuff, I mean, why not. I think like 20 yrs in music then greatest hits, and if you can't get to 20 years, then you were not really great. Good, but not great.

Who knows, maybe she will podcast or webcast a show for her fans. I could see her doing something like that, if the contract allows for it. Special night engagements for like $3.99 to log in. Yeah, it isn't the same as being there in person, but for four bucks you get to stream it. That would probably do well and be within most of her fans means. I should be her manager or something.... :P

I don't really keep up with this, but Katy looks like she got a bit too far into the meth.... Bum album and tour flop, picking fights with grenades, never a good thing. I think the secret is that Gaga is an actual performer, she seems to live for live, and it is different than being good in the studio. That is why Gaga can generally tour and count on making a profit even if she doesn't have the strongest album to back her up. You know you will get a show worth the ticket price, and you kind of want to go to see just what she is going to do as much as listen to her sing. Personally, I'm not much for the feathers and meat bikinis; I'd be much happier if she was all Jessica Rabbit dressed and singing torch songs while some guy plays a piano and I can sip on a short glass of Bombay Sapphire....

I'd try to find a pic of TS, but eh. She got thick around the hips and legs I guess, could be a photoshop. Eh, I don't care, still think she needs to go back to country.

Well, she has 6 albums out: The Fame, The Fame Monster, Born This Way, ARTPOP, Cheek to Cheek, and Joanne, so she def can do a bit of all of those CDs, basically her greatest hits. >_> If she DOES release music before the Vegas show, then yeah, that will be included in there too...but, it'll be weird <_< 

And Yeah, I already @'d her on twitter asking if she could stream a show for her poor-ass fans that cannot afford to go <_< if not, someone will upload it on yt anyway, and I'll be watching that LOL

Yeah, she's doing everything to manage the pain. She had to cancel a lot of dates because of it, actually...she has to make up those dates over the summer before her residency....plus I saw she's making up Rock Rio for the Brazilians.

Ah, but she has already hinted at new music next year, that's why it's weird...she's always writing music lol >_> And DJ White Shadow (BTW and ARTPOP) has hinted at it too, 'cuz her next album will be with him...and I cannot wait 'cuz those two CDs are by far my favz from her.  xD

She does try her best for her fans and she'll breakdown on camera if she can't complete her promises, lol.

She's going to have another big year next year...I'm sure she'll have more going on besides Vegas and the Star is Born remake.

And yeah, it's def a Gaga thing to do Vegas when she doesn't need to do Vegas. xD She's only doing 3 shows a month, too, so lots can happen.

She might go on tour, if she only has three shows a month. Problem is, her condition is aggravated by exhaustion. 

I love lounge singer Gags. Totally take a nap next to her on a cold night.

I'd rank her solo albums:

Fame > Born This Way = ARTPOP > Fame Monster > Joanne

I asked for tickets to the ARTPOP concert for my birthday thinking Hatsune Miku would be there, but she didn't show up that date and it was too late to refund them. She puts on a great show though, and I didn't realize how awesome Bad Romance would sound with backing guitarists.
