this is a little sad. viper isnt "here" to defend himself and these memes are more like things you should be saying other than him

So not only do you not understand that these ARE things Zeni is saying about himself because of his most recent story about the ticket and stuff.......You also unaware that not posting doesn't qualify ans not being here.

so... if i'm judging by the supposedly bus meme. you're roleplaying as a bus and viper is clearly taking the bus. in other words, you're butt buddies with viper, because why else would you spell "role" instead of "roll".

when you say weight do you mean a medicine ball? i do that already but i thought that was core and abs

i'm not sure where to go with this. do i just lay it flat on myself and situp? or do i hold it against myself, sit up, and push it out. pull it back in, and go back down?

hold it against urself while you do the situps

yea because the weight is centered around a specific area, focusing down MORE on your core as opposed to the ball just kinda... sitting there... like a ball plus i can't imagine doing a situp with one of those on my chest/stomach.

 

 

seems weird.

week two of roofin and i'm down from 165 to 160 already
