Chapinator_X
Doing some crunches/squats, some jogging to music, and eating healthier seems to be the ideal solution. Even if it's an incredibly slow process and the difference might not be entirely visible, the body always appreciates a nice lifestyle. Diet pills seem to either have a placebo effect or actively ruin a person's body/life.

molarbear
high blood pressure Had it for 7 years When I was diagnosed with it I was 6'0 and weighed 205 The Doc tried to tell me it was just hereditary, but, no one in my family has high blood pressure unless they're old and morbidly obese I've taken all kinds of different meds, changed my diet, still high blood pressure I'll have heart disease/a stroke in my future and at this point it feels like it's out of my control, which is the worst feeling for a person that has anxiety issues
Sawdamizer
Thousands of reasons someone could have high blood pressure. I had it in my late 20s and I switched by diet up, I only buy greens and limited meats... nothing really prepacked anymore. Chicken is my choice of meats and typically kale or broccoli with whatever seasonings.... I use a lot of lemon. I'm lactose intolerant so that helps... I mean, I don't do cheese, ice cream and that junk.... Haven't been sick in a long time and my BP is 110/70 now. I still drink the vodka... but everyone needs a vice right? The cocaine and hookers just keep me right between the ears.

MEXobiologist
seems that a change in the types of food consumed and workout is the best method for weight loss anywho. or at the very least, there are tons of foods and spices that work as appetite suppressants if you just introduce them into your diet/eat more of them. i know a lot of people also swear by taking turmeric and apple cider vinegar as well. either by mixing it into a tonic or just taking the capsules and straight drinking a couple table spoons of the vinegar. i've been chopping up ginger root, cucumber, lemon, and adding 3 tbs of apple cider vinegar to a liter of water for a few weeks now. the chopped up bits last about 3 days before i change them. since doing even just that, i've noticed a decrease in the want to unnecessarily snack, even though that wasn't the reason i started doing it. no one thing is perfect for everyone tho, so you could just do a little research and try some things to see what does. pills are always gonna be a lil fucky with side effect risks. funny shit tho, my grandma was a nurse, so she had all kinds of access to shit back in the day. she would give my mom and her siblings diet pills back in the 60's whenever she wanted her whole house and yard cleaned up ZIPZIPZIP!!! hahahaha

enad
i dont ever remember being under 200lbs or a size 14 You should do a few things; 1.) Cut out liquid calories altogether. That doesn't mean drink diet soda though, as a can of that every day will give you 3x the chance you'll have a stroke. Stick to water or those little packets of Crystal Light juice mix. Those are only 10 calories a pop so they get rounded off. 2.) Learn to enjoy grilled lean meats like fish, poultry, or very lean hamburger, like 93% or above. Eat a lot of egg whites, as they're not very high calorie foods (like 17 per egg) and leave you feeling full. Cook things on Foreman grills to drain the unnecessary fat out. 3.) Replace all your condiments with hot sauces. They have much less calories and make you feel fuller for the same piece of food. 4.) Stop eating fast food that's not Subway or the grilled chicken sandwich without the sauces or something. It's really just slowly poisoning yourself with chemicals. I hope you follow at least one of the above pieces of advice. Much as I do shit on you it'd be nice for your daughter if you were alive for her high school graduation, or at least not looking like a photo negative of Lt. Dan.
