well..you would know all about everything, ye' non stinky smoke man.

i mean...that formula you presented for climate change and the complexities of carbon emissions was just fascinating.

News outlets report that a large, two-story "plexiglass tent" was erected at the Krome Detention Center in South Florida by immigration authorities to address overcrowding as deportation efforts increase. This tent is estimated to hold up to 400 detainees.

This is a tent.  Tents are made of cloth, not plexiglass.

It's you and your wife as a carney event. Her stage name is Ms. Todddingsworth. You tried to use Lolita, but they wouldn't allow it. Your stage name is Lola.

No, all you did was superimpose Ben Franklin's face on a doll.

Those could be identical twins.  Where's the picture of me?

I mean . . . this can be remedied. It was intentionally outlandish but if you prefer Lola to look more like you . . . well.

What a terrible day to have eyes.

I think it's cute in a kitschy kind of way and makes Packard's whole essence somewhat agreeable. In an odd way, it humanizes him. The real Packard is tragic, pathetic, and offensive to the senses.

It's going to be Bedlam in New York, whether he gets away with it or not.  Those anti-Trumpers would really show their true colors.

At least 'anti-Drumpfers' have colors. There's only one 'color' that matters to MAGAts and it's usually seen on cloaks and hoods.

It's called 'state's rights' and its one of those things that that dumb lump of fetid lard has cried about right up until he gets into a position of power.

Further, if anyone thinks that a Nazi march is only going to affect 'blue' states, guess again. As long as there's a single person who might say No to the toddler, every state will eventually be expected to applaud or die.

Wow, our president is very embarrassing

Compliments Boakai’s(President of Liberia) English because he doesn’t know it’s the official language of the country. Trump probably doesn’t know Liberia’s history and connection to the US

https://www.nbcnews.com/news/amp/rcna217827

the cringiest shit is when people tell others “you’re so well spoken” or “your English is so good”

it’s like jfc gotdammit most people from African countries speak 2 languages at a minimum. Meanwhile people born in the US barely speak English. Trump is a great example of this.

CONCORD, New Hampshire, July 10 (Reuters) - A federal judge on Thursday again barred President Donald Trump's administration from denying citizenship to some babies born in the U.S., making use of an exception to overcome the U.S. Supreme Court's recent ruling that restricted the ability of judges to block that and other policies nationwide.

U.S. District Judge Joseph Laplante ruled at a hearing in Concord, New Hampshire, after immigrant rights advocates implored him to grant class action status to a lawsuit they filed seeking to represent any children whose citizenship status would be threatened by the implementation of Trump's executive order curtailing automatic birthright citizenship.

The ruling is far from the last word in the legal battle over Trump's order, which he signed in January on his first day back in office. The judge paused his ruling for seven days to give the Trump administration time to appeal, which a Justice Department lawyer at the hearing indicated would certainly happen.

Laplante, an appointee of Republican President George W. Bush, agreed, the plaintiffs could provisionally proceed as a class, allowing him to issue a fresh judicial order blocking implementation of the Republican president's policy nationally.

Conservative Justice Amy Coney Barrett, who wrote the decision for the court, made clear that it did not prevent plaintiffs from obtaining essentially the same type of relief as provided in a nationwide injunction by instead bringing class action lawsuits that seek to represent all similarly situated people, among other exceptions.

Seizing on that language, immigrant rights advocates within hours of the decision launched two proposed class actions that same day, including the one before Laplante, who on Thursday noted his prior discomfort with issuing a nationwide injunction.
"It's a better process to narrow these decisions and not have judges create national policy," he said.

Laplante described class action litigation as "fairly routine," though he noted that conservative Justice Samuel Alito in the birthright ruling reminded judges to be "rigorous" when analyzing whether class action status could be granted.

"That said, the Supreme Court suggested a class action is a better option," he said.

Where did the Republican judge contradict SCOTUS?

Seems like this “pissant judge” did exactly what SCOUTS said they could do. “Grant class actions that essentially provide the same relief as a nationwide injunction”

We have 6 people in SCROTUS that claim to be Constitutionalists that can't seem to remember what's actually in the Constitution anymore.

Birthright citizenship is in the Constitution. Do you know that isn't in the Constitution? ICE agents. Do you know what is outright outlawed according to the Constitution? Nearly every damn thing your orange pissant is doing.

The Constitution comes in a neat pocket-sized book. Since you are so invested in the physical nature of educational literature, go get one and read it.

Yeah, if this had been a Biden WH update, it would be all about his complete and obvious mental decline for at least a week of 24/7 coverage. This won't even make it to the weekend.
