The Uber guy was blasting it. I'm not sure if he himself is a fan or he assumed by my whiteness.

I felt attacked.

I hate that shit....I got a coworker who tend to try to pander to me like that.....I can hear him pull up listening to....Well, some shit....Generic metal shit, I dunno.....But when I get in he'll queue some garbage ass mumble rap.  I hate mumble rap.  I put up with it a few times, then I just said man,.....what else you got.  We finally agreed on Rob Zombie.

Born to Run was a good song, but I don't have too much interest in his music. I do know someone who was borderline obsessed with him though. Where she would talk about all of the concerts she's been to where he's played and her own personal experiences she's had at these concerts (stuff like "he did a shout-out to me one time because I requested a deep cut"). She was trying her hardest to steer her thesis paper around Bruce Springsteen, but it didn't make sense what she was trying to propose since studying euphoric human interaction with the sonic waves from concerts had little to do with studying society.

If yes, why?

Some of his stuff is ok.  I mostly like his Live covers (Detroit Medley) or Quarter to Three.  Like his "Santa Claus Is Comin' To Town" too.
