Well, they made it possible for every state to legalize it. Will every state legalize it? Probably not.

Tell me about it.  What's wrong with buying a $900 tv set and putting it up for a raffle?  In NJ, only non profit organizations are allowed to do that.

Look, whether I do it or an NP does, it could still get the same auditing and oversight.  So, what gives?

1. N.P. is raffling off items because it's for charity/cause, therefore, not gambling.

So, what makes charity any more holy than profit?  Either way, it's still gambling.

Currently grinding danmachi freese for free currency to draw them ridiculous power characters in gacha tickets. Sucks that I didn't know I could re-roll at the beginning so I'm stuck with a medicore roster. I've already spent 50$ on this and probably more in the future.

you can gamble, up to a certain amount.  after that its addiction and mania, its a disgusting illness, like incontinence and vomiting, but its profitable

if you catch all the excess college tuition, baby formula, rent money, car payments, child support, alimony, and drug/hooker money that gets accidentally

spilled into your gambling establishment's piss-trough.

if there were things set in place to prevent overages it would be a fair game.

there could be some kind of policy that enforces maximum wins and maximum losses based on the account holders net worth to prevent suicide

its just kind of heartless to take $6,000 away from a poor family because someone was drunk and stupid

other than that

I didn't know Danmachi had a phone game. The most I've spent on a phone game is Fate/Grand Order, but that's because their gacha is notorious for having low rates and they're cheap with how much free currency they give you as opposed to other games like Fire Emblem Heroes where they've gotten more generous with free currency and 5* rate-ups.
