I'm told I was once. I jumped up to intercept a pass and someone hit my foot as I caught the ball making me spin and land in a way that the back of my head took the brunt of the fall. I got up and apparently ran to the wrong sideline and didn't snap back to until about 30 seconds later when the opposing team's coach and medical person were walking me across the field At the hospital they told me I had a mild concussion so I dunno it that counts as being knocked out or not
