I love a good uncured roast. Cooked low and slow with some onions, garlic and carrots. Just a dash of salt and pepper...... I just came, or for the easily offended, arrived.

I will just say that we feed them better, resulting in a healthier animal. Sausage you buy in a supermarket also has sugar added.
