    LOL!

They got too cocky, but the PS Classic flopped for the same reason the Playstation Smash Bros clone flopped: A good bulk of their legendary catalog is third-party, so they have to depend on the fortune of a company to not only clear the license but also give them the best version of the game. With Playstation Smash Bros, you could’ve had Solid Snake, Crash, Spyro, Lara Croft, Cloud Strife, and other characters that defined the system. Instead, you had subpar unmemorable characters from Sony Exclusives and questionable third-party reps. Yippee, the guy from Kill Zone, the guy from Starhawk, Big Daddy from Bioshock and Donte in the fight of the century! Similarly, PS Classic is also missing Crash, Spyro, Tomb Raider, FF VIII, FF Tactics, Symphony of the Night, Parappa, Medieval, Ape Escape, Gran Turismo 2, and many more. You also have Twisted Metal 2 and Persona 2 EP left out in favor of their mediocre first games. On top of this, the final roster has some decent choices like FFVII, Tekken 3, and Metal Gear Solid, but leaves a lot to be desired. Would you look at a system that has Destruction Derby, Intelligent Qube, and Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six packed in and say, "Hey! That sounds like a steal at $100"?
  2. In a century from now, yes. Furry art will probably be gathered and deemed culturally significant as one of the many cultural movements sparked in the 2000's. At the moment, however, the answer will be "No" for an indefinite period of time.
  3. I did hear that Funi dubs songs for the physical release, but for the sake of time, opt out of singing for the simulcast. It’s like that with other Funi anime, but hopefully it means they are willing to dub the songs and the rap battle so it feels less jarring for Saki and Sakura to transition into a rap battle in an entirely different language.
  4. Yuugiri is one of the more fascinating girls because of her background. For someone born in the late 1800's, she's the most enthusiastic girl in the group when it comes to the prospect of learning more about how much the world has changed from the time of her demise to 2018. Her former job as a courtesan also provides some funny moments where she incorporates burlesque, shamisen, and interpretive dance into her mannerisms. She also has one of the more amusing running gags of slapping someone with disdain even though the person she's slapping agrees with her. Aside than Saki, Yuugiri was very endearing to me and it would be cool to learn more about her past.
  5. Rather than what videos or other Best of lists would suggest, how about coming up with the shining stars of this season yourself? At the moment, I'm only going to post a Top 10 Shows list, but I might chime in with other categories relating to characters or music. Top 10 1. Asobi Asobase 2. A Place Further Than the Universe 3. Zombieland Saga 4. SSSS Gridman 5. Yuru Camp 6. JoJo Part V 7. DEVILMAN crybaby 8. Bunny Girl Senpai 9. Uma Musume 10. Comic Girls Honorable Mentions: Aggretsuko Takagi-san Chio-chan no Tsuugakuro Emiya-san Chi no Kyou no Gohan Pop Team Epic Rokuhoudou Yotsuiro Biyori Wotakoi
  6. Miracles because magic everywhere in this bitch
  7. In the Les Misérables movie with Russell Crowe when Javert jumps into the Seine, but when he lands on the side of the canal, the sound effect that accompanies his demise is a cartoonish wet thud.
  8. There have been more multi platform games than ever before so it mostly depends on whether you like more Japanese exclusives or Western exclusives. Or rather, if you prefer fighting games/Spider-Man/Uncharted/JRPGs or Halo/Gears/Forza. Don’t know if XBone has by structural advantages/disadvantages, but it seems like it’s down to personal preference in this console generation.
  9. If you got it on Black Friday, then it was reasonably priced and came with Mario Kart. Any other time and the price is overly beefed up.
  10. There’s a couple of times I did the three-in-a-row so I figured going for the Hail Mary when the opening came through
  11. Some are going to drink some booze
  12. More doggos!
  13. Some will win some will lose
  14. She was decent in Street Fighter, but by then, Makoto and Elena were my mains.
  15. The ones I’ve been to lately are massive, empty, and carry nothing but overpriced music/movies, Funko figures, and novelty items. There’s also this lingering sadness I get from going in. It used to be my favorite store at the mall after Suncoast fell, but now it’s so barren that it feels like Dawn of the Dead
  16. Bunny Girl is the only show on there out of left field because it isn’t normie-bait like the rest of them. Capping off the list with AoT, MHA, and a ton of Netflix shows seals the deal.
  17. It’s been a fun ride. Hopefully they’re able to answer some of the open questions with future material . But it’s definitely the best original show this season. I’ll miss seeing Saki and the Legendary Yamada Tae every week.
  18. Neo Yokio: Pink Christmas. It is inconsequential considering how the events are all from a bedside story Charles is telling to Kaz. Still, it’s funny to see Charles, his faithful robot butler, tell a story where Kaz is called a hypocrite and a pussy while a demon voiced by Howard Moon reminds him of how materialistic and empty his soul really is. All the while being told to make it have whimsy. It also provided some nice development for Herbert the sales clerk, but the funniest part in his sidestory came from him getting let go by Bergdorf-chan, an anime girl on a screen who treats the firing process like a Shoujo breakup. But really, fuck material goods.
  19. He’s starting to look less like Goku and more like Luffy
  20. As if old people know how to work a DVD player. And the Best of Dean Martin Roasts isn’t going to help them learn either.
  21. What a good boyo
  22. That’s how Australians pronounce the word “racist”
