Back when I watched Turn A, I was starting to look into the universe, especially since that one takes place generations into the future of the original timeline. But from my understanding, you have the century with Amuro/Char, and centuries dedicated to each spinoff that doesn’t mention the Zeon/Federation. Some shows wedge themselves into the Amuro/Char timeline either through direct involvement with the two (the Zeta or ZZ series) or behind the scenes of events in the original series (War in the Pocket, 08th team). Stuff like Wing, 00, and Seed have their own timelines, but all can kinda intersect with spinoffs or homages like characters that wear Char helmets and whatnot.

Of the anime present, I made the mistake of watching all of Cutie Honey Universe. I assumed it'd be a nice gateway into Cutie Honey, but it was a miserable slog. The twists they made were even worse because they made Honey even more of a colossal idiot for not seeing traps or weak disguises that everyone else saw from a mile away.
