The first time I tried Fruit Stripe Gum was as disappointing was when I bought St. Anger on day of release and put it on.

Was that said in the show? I thought the whole Dr. Wordstrom (Wurnstrum?) thing was because Farnsworth gave Wordstrom an A--- because of poor penmanship and Wordstrom swore revenge.

If Professor Farnsworth is the brilliant genius, the incredibly inquisitive, lover of all things science and higher education as the show purports him to be...... why did he never go for a doctorate?

Does Nielsen track ratings on streaming platforms? Because if not they must be losing a lot of business how hardly anyone watches cable or on-air TV anymore. Hence $20 down to $1 now, $5 later.

I know @SwimModSponges's new avatar is a self portrait (or someone else did a portrait of him), but I can't help but think it looks more like Eric Clapton.

Re: Sponges arguing like a Republican What I actually meant is he uses not entirely true clickbait headlines for all his sources: and he's got that THE SKY IS FALLING mentality in everything he says. Basically I meant he argues like conservative media pandering to conservative viewers, not conservatives arguing against liberals.

What's even crazier to me, is that AS is able to air both the original run, AND the Comedy Central run..... AND Comedy Central STILL airs both runs too! I recently found out that it's on FXX too. All this makes me wonder if Matt Groening bought all the rights from Fox.

And I don't miss it one bit.

It's kinda funny sponges, because obviously your views and ideals are very liberal, but the manner in which you argue politics these days is textbook conservative.
