Bucket recently posted before/after pics of his "rape o' the locks" and in the before picture he reminded me of Dave Grohl.

Viper kinda resembles Adrian Brody, I guess.

I don't know if he qualifies as a "celebrity" per se, but he is a legend in stoner and doom metal, so... I kinda resemble a young(er) Al Cisneros (bassist / vocalist of Sleep and Om). He is pictured below on the far left, with the glasses.

"Are you into all music?" I'm assuming you are asking if I like a wide of variety of music styles. The answer is no. My taste is very narrow. Basically only a few (out of the many) sub-genres of metal, and classic rock. I could listen to you sing if you like. But I wouldn't fall into the trap of "I'm not good enough to be in a band." That's how I was. Despite my first picking up the guitar in 1996, I never joined my first band until 2001, which only last a few months, and didn't join another one until 2016, which is the one I am currently in. It's much wiser to get used to the band dynamic as soon as possible. If you are a beginner, just try to form a band with other beginners at or around your skill level. You can all learn together. I would definitely avoid trying to form / join a band with highly skilled / experienced musicians while you are a beginner, though.

I grew up thinking the stomach flu and the flu were the same thing. To this day I don't even know what the flu is.

One time I took my meds too close together and it caused double vision.

The only drugs I take are caffeine and sugar. Well that, and my bipolar meds. But I don't take more than the prescribed amount, so they don't get me high.

We play a combination of doom metal, stoner metal, heavy metal, and hard rock, depending on the song. If you want to check us out, here's the best recording of us so far: It's hard forming a band. Three ways I've had luck: 1. Posting flyers at Guitar Center. 2. Posting or replying to ads on craigslist in the musicians section. 3. Looking through profiles of musicians on bandmix.com that you think can be a fit for the type of music you want to make.

I had the week off work, which I desperately needed after last week. I and the band had planned on having a ton of practice this week, which unfortunately didn't happen. I got to see the 80s metal band Anvil live though, which was cool.

First thought: "Well, I wasn't expecting that." Second thought: "She's trolling for some reason." Third thought: "Oh wait, those probably actually are her hands."
