Yes. I remember my review of that game for Dallas Morning News. Good solid game with a great battle system, interesting, likeable charachers, good graphics, and overall nice motif and charm. The story and plot were my cons on it, as the plot/story took a giant shit on itself about 70% of the way through the game and didn't really make sense from the start.

Yeah. The 911 system was down for a window of time. Wasn't too long, though. Trump fucking with the system. That protocol for 911 (for the cellular side) was designed by my dad and his team way back when. That shit won't be down long. It's designed to self correct in the case of disaster and flood of 911 calls. Updates to the system are quick, too.
