So now you had a 401k?

Look dude, in case i wasn't clear with my last statement, were done here. I know i didnt actually say that, but that seems to be how you like to communicate

It's a non traditional pension.  Yes, a pension that was set up with a fiduciary instead of letting the employer manage the funds.  Now, you know who the fiduciary is and that's all you asked me to prove.

She instructed me to spread my legs apart, and expose my penis and genitals to her. She then hooked her right leg over of the back of my left leg and had be put both of my hands around my back. She grabbed my right wrist ad held it firmly.

The next thing I knew (and felt) was her slipping a large anal plug and slip it deeply into my anus. Over the nest 30 minutes, I was spanked hard enough by her that it brought tears to my eyes, and despite the unbelievable burning and stinging of her pain from her strikes to my naked bare buttocks, I had to count out each of her 80 strikes!

Okay, do you really think any money is kept in perpetuity for any person who will never be eligible to collect on it, with his name on it?

Swing and a miss. Not 1, not 2, but 3 strikes. All in one fell swoop.

You struck out, my dude

He doesn't need to.

His penis is too teeny tiny to make it through a gloryhole, so yeah, he probably does need to if you want to suck him off so bad.

I'd be satisfied if he just clears the sidewalks before the end of his term.

That's why he was elected.

I agree. If he sends your ass to an insane asylum where it belongs he may very well be a truly wonderful president.

Okay, so what do YOU think happens to abandoned pension money?

Sigh. It is basically just held like any other money that’s unclaimed from an employer. You can literally fill out a form for the Department of Labor to claim it. Or call your local your local employment office to have them arrange for you to pick up a check. Depends on the state. Hell, you can call the company that holds the policy and have them transfer it, or cash it out, if eligible

Fuck, how do you not….you know what? You’re a fucking idiot. Of course you don’t know.

Odin isnt paid to police the echo chamber 24/7 (or at all). And stupidity isn't against the rules.

What i believe Odin told him, before he banned him, was that he didnt care if he had shit opinions, he just wasn't going to be allowed to argue like a baby. I guess that's open to interpretation, but to me that means arguing a point after its been proven false.

These few recent posts here are indeed stupid...but i think he's fully allowed to believe Trump is playing a game of chess here....I dont normally respond to him in CE, because I know these are serious discussions and he's an unserious dope. I'm getting away from my point.

I'm not a fan of tossing other users under the bus, so I'll only speak for me.....But Packard is truly powerless without my involvement. He's here for attention, and when engaged.... he's already won. I just have this insatiable itch that needs to be scratched and that's what he is to me. So ban me.

This isn't Odin's fault... it's whomever gives him the springboard. Because iirc, Odin also said that he hopes we all comply with avoiding assisting him with these circular arguments. Maybe if we catch bans for perpetually handing him the microphone, he wouldn't have the momentum to do this.

That's assuming the workers know all that.

The reality:  Two out of five don't stay long enough to vest.  The ermployer contributions stay in a general fund, mixed with the contributions of the three who did stay.   That gives the fiduciary that manages the funding more leverage to invest with, and so the people who stay see stronger growth.

I don't have exact figures because I only have access to my own account information.   Let's simplify.

David and Steve worked for two years, didn't vest and had contributions totaling $6,000.  Martha, Chuck and Mark stayed five years, vested, and had contributions totaling $9,000.  That means $15,000 are available for the fiduciary to invest.  That's more leverage and more interest gain for Martha, Chuck and Mark's accounts.

Money from anybody who did not vest is very seldom claimed.  What if David and Steve decide to claim their portion?  They get their employer contributions back, not the full monthly benefits, meaning the interest is going to Martha, Chuck and Mark to pay their monthly benefits.

I'm a paying customer, sitting at the only outdoor table for my meal.

You know, that's EXACTLY what the homeless say when they are parked at a local grocery store's only outside table, usually holding a can of pop that they may or may not have actually paid for from the store and asking people for money or smokes. :|

You're a human hemmorhoid, taking up space in the employee break area at a grocery store.

That's why I keep the receipts and never ask for anything.

What space?  It's a picnic table for eight and I never see more than three others there.

It doesn't matter if nobody is there - you're not an employee and you're not welcome. You are tolerated, and that only because it's not worth the fuss that would inevitably result from you being told to go elsewhere.

Or, management is indifferent and sometimes the employees get chatty, even before I say anything.

No, you are loitering in an employee area.

And that, my good sir, is called empathy for another human who is down on his luck. They likely believe you eat there so the bigger bums dont beat you up for your food

Not a bum within miles of that area.  If you wanna see some bums, go to Fifth and Lehigh.

See....this is what we're all talking about. I didn't say there were bums in that area...in fact, the implication is that there are no bums in that area to steal your food.

You are just not worth engaging because you're stupid...not your opinions, your political views, or your thinly veiled bigotry...just your astronomical stupidity
