I wonder if MAGA is gonna screech about the white South African refugees coming into the country. Cuz they’re about to get a ton of government handouts they don’t need. They aren’t discriminated against in their country. White South Africans are still generally wealthier than their Black counterparts. This is so fuckin crazy.

The white South Africans were carefully vetted. Well they sure did miss the antisemitic tweet one of them sent a couple of years back and recently Trump let Mexican cartel family members into the country

The Trump regime has no intention of complying though and there’s no way to force him thanks to the SCOTUS decision giving him immunity from official acts. Now we gotta test the waters can acts deemed unconstitutional by the courts be ignored as long as they’re presidential official acts. Or something like that irdk wtf can be done

The answer is no because he took an oath [ whether he remembers doing so or not ] to uphold the Constitution. He can attempt to push the boundaries all he wants and try to claim Presidential immunity but the second its declared unconstitutional it can no longer claim immunity. The Constitution, in the end, is the border that allows that immunity to exist. Step outside that border and it's gone. Then again, since the end goal is a dictatorship, the existence of both the Constitution and courts are only things to hold on to for as long as they can be thumped about or played. Beware the push for an Article V convention.

Unfortunately, in order to get that through the head of a giant tantrum throwing toddler would require all the judges, even those who think he's just the bestest, to say 'ENOUGH' really loudly at the same time.

Also, that meme...seriously, is he using burger grease as a moisturizer? I've seen dollar store bronzer with better coverage and quicker drying time.

He’s already ignoring the SC and telling the media that they voted in his favor. They decided he can’t be prosecuted for official acts. One even said something along the lines of “what if he kills somebody” and the attorney was like “it’s allowed” the SCOTUS decision was a weird decision because they now have to decide what’s an official act

I think the distinction is that the immunity applies only to him, not his subordinates.  He can order whatever he wants and get away with it, but his lackeys would still get prosecuted because the order itself isn’t lawful.  January 6 is an example of that.

The thing is that no matter what they claim about him, the fact still stands that he did not receive due process.

I don't know Garcia so I can't vouch for him but I do know that everybody has the right to defend themselves.

More violating judge's orders, this time sending people to war-torn South Sudan of all places. The most ridiculous part with this though sounds like the government is contending they didn't violate the judge's order because these people are still in US custody they say, even though they're not in the country anymore. Pretty much the exact opposite of what they claim about the ones they sent to El Salvador. They're just trying to test every which way they can what it is they can get away with, and they're not gonna stop till they make a complete and total mockery of the judicial branch. Still waiting for the next shoe to drop, when a judge inevitably holds them in contempt.

Yeah, I know. I read about that. It's scary they're even considering further enabling the all the lawlessness they've been engaging in with something like that. I'm still cautiously optimistic that's not gonna fly in the Senate and be stripped out before the final bill though. If it did end up getting passed somehow, then it'd pretty much Defcon 1 time for the Constitution. So, yeah...

Why does he write “million” after the number 20,000,000? Is it because the people on Truth Social won’t know what the numbers are without it?

the numbers are also ridiculously high. Like cmon man at least make it a believable souped up number 🫠

It's like a comedy sketch.

When do we find out Who is in charge of foreign visas?

He is clearly sundowning like dear old Dad Fred Trump.
