So you told your doctor you eat fruit bowls for every meal? Because that's what you were discussing when still me and lb said that would give you diabetes.

And no, I'm not going to prove it, I don't care enough. Declare yourself the victor if you want.

Doctor said to eat all the fruit i want!

It's not like that though. I mean you would have to do that for years before you felt any ill effects from overeating that much delectable good sugar. Fruit is really good for you

No one eats enough fruit except fringe vegan fruit freaks, so any period of eating fruit meals is only going to be filling a lifelong fruit deficit and then pissing out the rest.

Time to get a new doctor

What likely happened:

Fuggs to doctor: "I eat this much fruit a day."

Doctor to fuggs: "Keep on keepin on."

And somehow fuggs equates this to when you and lb said she'd get diabetes when she considered eating literally nothing but giant fruitbowls for all her meals until she reached her target weight.

There is no such thing as “big boned”

this.

and i'm curious. if her 'target weight' is 200~220, she has to be at least 6'3".

i think there's a little bit of a lie going on here.

i remember all the wc marines would tell me 'i'm just big boned'

and i would tell them, that gets you 5 miles, and 7 sets of daily 7's.

i would take a 2-3 lb gratis, for 'that time of the month'

exactly.

unless her target weight is because she's above 240-250, and

that 20lb drop is to get her to just above obese level.

but, eating nothing but fruit is actually not the best course for weight loss.

i mean, in a balanced diet, sure. but nothing but....i have to call shenanigans on this.

no, i'm not a dr.

i was training ncoic for 6 years, this was part of my  job. to get wc to make weight, so they wouldn't get a medical discharge.

I’m 5’3...and I have to weigh 160...now the only thing my dr said to me after testing was where my strength is and where I need to focus to loose the optimal weight.

as for a “diet”....she never even put me on one...she just restricted the amount of calories I can intake a day...but I still eat what I fucking want...

my last weigh in was 65 pounds lost...my next weigh in is next week...and I already know I’m below target...

she needs a new fucking doctor

Well... It's comical that she equates BP to overall health when it's just one indication of a health concern, and trivial to weight.

This is true...people who are thin and live active lifestyles can still have a high bp or hc...it just happens to be more prominent in those who are overweight

also you have to look at ethnic factors. Those whom are black have a higher risk of diabetes and heart disease...and being overweight exacerbates the issue

And women.

But, I suppose when you pick and choose what health factors are important it's all unicorns.

I haven't had my period in 34 years... Not sure if this is an issue or not
