I mix it in with the beef. I haven't made burgers in a long time but I think I also do garlic and onion powder and leave it at that. Sometimes tobasco if it feels like the thing to do.

also Worchestershire isn't something you put on things as a dipping sauce you mix it with something else before you cook it

(or at least that's how I use it....as an ingredient in marinades)
