lol, they gonna start Geno Smith, as a Jets fan, I know this won't work outxD

yes you definitely would know how terrible he is xD

he's so bad that even the raiders should look good on D.

Man if I were Eli I'd just hang it up. He got his rings, just walk away maybe get some Papa John's franchises or something. :D

he probably should call it quits. but despite how mediocre he is still better than like half of the qbs out there and i could see a team thats desperate for a qb throwing some money at him. what doesnt make sense is why didnt the giants try to unload him before the deadline?

lol I doubt he learned to read a defense or that he no longer stares down his receivers.

Watch he'll turn the ball over so much Eli will be asked to play again ?

They saying Jacksonville makes the most sense if he stays playing but Bortles is doing just fine. The Jets will take him. We like table scraps. xD

So today I'll be rooting for the Falcons and Eagles(naturally). Should both manage to pull out a win I'd say our chances at having the number 1 seed heading into the playoffs will be very good. Like at least 75-80% good. Even if we were to lose to the Rams next week we'd still be a game up on everyone else in the conference with only the Giants, Cowboys and Raiders left on our schedule, the last 2 of those at home. All teams we SHOULD clobber unless we have nothing left to play for. Would also be nice to see the Cardinals pull out a W, but that ain't happenin'. Either way, should be a fun day of football action! :D

LAWL yeah probz.

Or even the Broncos.

Jags would make the most sense since they're not completely awful.

MacAdoo is totz getting fired tho >_>

Vikings are hot shit, damn...who would've thought Case Keenum was good.

Lmao @ the Chargers kicker. xD

I've always thought Keenum would be good. He just needed a team to give him a legitimate chance to hone his skills and show what he can do.

He's gonna get paid in the offseason. Book it.

Not at all impressed by what I saw out of the Vikings, this team is supposed to be the main competition for the Eagles in the NFC?

Stagnant offense with a shaky QB that just checks down almost every play, Eagles D is going to blow that up.

Lets not go that far.......

Were looking at a really high draft pick now, and hopefully that means a new franchise QB.

Yeah or a huge bust of a QB because those love coming out of college.

Hopefully you're right. Unfortunately with today's win it does look like their chance for the number 1 seed is very high. The Eagles pretty much have to win out to keep it now because I don't see the Vikings losing to any of their four remaining opponents and if we end the season with the same record they would have the tie breaker by strength of schedule. At least I think. The only one that even has a chance really is Carolina next week.

That's what I say every week and then they end up winning >_>

It'll be an interesting match up, I fucking hate the Vikings.

Wentz better watch out tho, Vikings like to get dirty, but not dirty enough to be fined.

ANYWAY! Whooo Packers won, Defense looks like shit #firecapers, yadayadayada

As long as Hundley can last against the Clowns, Rodgers should be able to come back.

And if it all plays out, he'll be pissed off at the Vikings <_< when we play them.

Oh shit you're right, I somehow forgot when they play in Green Bay Rodgers might be back. Honestly he scares me more than the Vikings though so I dunno who I'd root for in that game if it came down to it.

Anywho time for my weekly 3 hour Eagles game induced stomach ulcer! Well in another 25 minutes, but still!

Haha! It should be a good game!

Seattle likes to make intense games.

I bet it'll start off as Eagles on top and then suddenly the Seahawks start coming back.

But Eagles will def win.

I hope it isn't a snoozefest.

Only snoozefest I want is something like 49 - 0 Eagles. I can always get behind that. Honestly I've come to hope for the best but expect the worst so I'm expecting Seattle to start hot and take an early lead.

Sigh, why am I only ever right when it comes to things I don't want to see happen? :|

Well it's still early, but I'm sensing potential for this to get ugly quickly.

Well that was certainly a very sobering defeat. Can point to a lot of reasons why we lost that one, but none of them really make me feel any better. Well hey it was pretty unlikely we'd go 15 - 1 anyway. Just unfortunate that we now need help to get the 1 seed heading into the playoffs. And that's still assuming we win out. Which I mean...I don't really see how we win in LA next week when we couldn't beat Seattle who I think is a weaker team than the Rams, but hey, who knows? That's why they play the games after all. Right now I just feel disgusted...too bad I don't drink. Until next week!

Some teams just cause match up problems and with a strong front 7 that's all over a QB the best weapon is Russel Wilson and he exposed our weak CBs which are really our biggest achilles heel.

Do you really think Goff would have been able to avoid that rush tonight and strike downfield? Idk the Eagles looked bad tonight but I still think they will beat the Rams.

I don't know. When I typed that I thought the Rams had already beaten a healthier Seahawks team earlier in the year, but having just looked it up to make sure it seems I was wrong. Don't get me wrong, if I could work my will the Eagles would never fucking lose, but generally speaking I'm an extremely pessimistic, glass half empty kinda person. And over a decade of disappointment rooting for the Eagles certainly hasn't helped change my attitude when it comes to football fandom. So if I had to bet on it I'd expect us to lose next week. And, barring injuries or already clinching the 1 seed(which won't happen by then if at all), I would expect us to win the last 3 games after that against inferior opponents. But hey, if I'm wrong regarding next week I'll be thrilled. Gotta hope the Panthers come up big too though now. And if not them the Packers in a couple weeks because n fucking way is Minnesota losing to the Bengals or Bears, their other two opponents. As I said we'll see starting next week.

its tough for any team to win in seattle. that place is probably the best home field advantage in the league today. eagles have nothing to be overly worried about with that loss. though they do need help to get that #1 seed. russell wilson is elite.

looks like pooh should have gone to the jets game since it looked like it would have been a good one to go to. the jets helping out the raiders and chargers while taking themselves out of a higher draft pick. thank you jets but im still gonna say damn jets.

one of the most memorable plays in all of football history!

after youve seen the butt fumble live, you've pretty much seen everything.
