I'm sure this has probably occurred to some of you but I want to point something out. While arguing presidential immunity, Trump's layer claimed that he could have had a political opponent assassinated and it would have been an act under presidential duty. Trump is Biden's political opponent. Using his logic, Biden could have Trump assassinated and he would have immunity.

Trump really brought out the loons and they've created a separate faction in the Republican party. It was only a matter of time before cracks showed. The question is what happens now? A number of Republicans have left the party because they're getting fed up with MAGA's bullshit. Makes me wonder if MAGA is going to eventually completely replace the party. On one hand, they're facist as fuck. On the other, they're laughably incompetent. In any case, it's probably better not to assume their incompetency won't prevent them from doing real damage.
