I've worked in a warehouse since pre-covid, and I remember during the height of covid all the new 18-20 somethings just refused to unglue their eyes from their phones and actually do any work. Since you are the parent of teens, are todays teens any different? Or are they all just going to get fired for being glued to their phones their whole shift instead of actually working?
