This had me laughing out loud at work. Anyone that's been in any sort of rock band can probably relate, especially if you played either a) drums or b) any stringed instrument.

Other than Reba, I had no idea any of those other musicians had shows. I hear Snoop Dogg has a game show on TBS. Unless it's been canceled. Oh and let us not forget Flavor of Love. And all of its copy cats (like Rock of Love, for example). Brandy had a show too way back when.

I wholly agree.... and even in the early Internet porn age, it fucking drove me crazy (not in a good way) when the only sound in the video was music. This was probably a lot more common in solo vids, as I never watched hardcore back then, but when I'm jacking to a chick putting on a show for me/the camera, I want to listen to her talk, or moan, or even just breathe, I don't want to hear fucking music. Reading the bit I highlighted was so unexpected it made me snort a little snot out my nose in laughter. 😂 I think I have mentioned this before, but I will always remember in one Real Sex episode there was a real cute redhead with really big natural boobs, and her hubby had hair that made him look like he could've been in Black Sabbath in the early 90s. 90s Sabbath pic for reference:

Good point. But even then, taking out the contractions would be improper citing so the meme in question still not a good strategy for that.

I mean, technically you're not supposed to use contractions in essays anyway, because it's considered "not academic." In my high school and college English classes you'd get docked points for contractions like "I'm."

I don't know if you're 100% serious about calling them panic attacks or if you're using hyperbole. If serious, do you have health insurance? Therapy and medication can do wonders for panic attacks, I know first hand. If hyperbole, the more you immerse yourself in these situations, the easier it gets and the less nervous you'll be.

I'm not even sure what it is you're trying to encourage me to do here... get a woman to ask me out?

Nope. I have never once in my 37 years of life on this planet been asked out by a woman. I'm not super hot or some prize in status or wealth either, so no super motivation for a woman to make the first move on me even she is interested. Plus that whole "waited too long to make a move" thing has happened to me multiple times. I never count on the woman to make the first move, regardless of how hard it is for me to do it, and this doesn't change things.

I am really proud of you for going for it, it's definitely a hard thing to do when you don't have much experience doing it (assuming you don't) and rejection does hurt but all I can say is all you can do is get back on that horse and not let it discourage you from trying again in the future. However I'm not sure how common it is for women to ask out men these days, but on the other hand some of us men (like me) are so scared to death of being rejected that we might not make a move on a woman we really like.
