massage it with vasoline before you sleep......and warm it up with a heat pack plus gentle stretching twice a day

There's rehab you can do at home....just pull up videos on youtube.....it's especially common with dancers so they do a ton of band resistance stuff with their ankles....can't hurt to check it out
i'm big on taking time to rehab stuff 'cause it almost always leads to worse shit down the line....I know from experience
That's kinda sad.....I mean i get where you're coming from, but all documentaries aren't created equal....some of them are fucking sick....i'm not talking about this one, it kinda fizzled out for me
