There's rehab you can do at home....just pull up videos on youtube.....it's especially common with dancers so they do a ton of band resistance stuff with their ankles....can't hurt to check it out i'm big on taking time to rehab stuff 'cause it almost always leads to worse shit down the line....I know from experience
