i wanted to point out. that finger move that trump uses when he shakes hands, is supposed to be a dominated handshake. the forefinger extended on the wrist. and then trying to crush the hand of the other. i noticed that his grasp is such a pussy move. my parental unit 'taught' me that. because you know. women need to have the dominate handshake *(insert eyeroll)

Looks like Trump wants to prosecute NY AG Leticia James. Not surprised she was probably going to investigate him for security fraud and insider trading

The argument is probably someone napped in the living room and that makes it a bedroom. Or there's an office with some small loveseat in it that is just big enough to sleep on if you're a cat. 

And its definitely bullshit if its coming from someone who constantly lies about his own holdings in order to get tax write-offs and better loans. I'm guessing someone should look and see just how many 'homes' he's got hiding in NY now and who is leasing them.

am I missing something? What unconstitutional thing did Biden do. What court orders did he defy?  Who did he send to a prison in another country for committing the crime of….just being here?

They think trump getting 24 convictions was unconstitutional because that is what they were told to think.

Biden's a democrat so obviously he pushed as much legislation as humanly possible to have guns banned.

Or maybe it's the "religious liberty" to discriminate against LGBT, women, and Muslims.

Each time this administration goes to court,  they can’t produce any evidence. Just like in 2020 with the election denials. Not one lawyer produced a shred of evidence to support any of their claims.

that is not going to happen. the law offices are stacked now. they are only going to cover their collective asses.

Harvard is aware of the letter and stands by its previous statement it "will not surrender its independence or relinquish its constitutional rights," a spokesperson said late Wednesday.

The Bar Association thing, there is the national association (ABA), state associations, and local associations. It's a voluntary entity separate from being admitted to the bar. I'm only a member of the state association, so it doesn't impact me directly. But the concept is that the ABA is pooling together legal talent it represents from across the spectrum to speak in a somewhat authoritative voice. If the ABA is getting involved the reaction should probably be "I bet they're going to make some good points" but fascist wannabes believe in silencing countervailing viewpoints etc.

Reading and hearing more about the Leticia James situation now the DoJ and Bondi are saying they received a letter claiming she possibly committed mortgage fraud. Zero percent chance that letter didn’t come from Trump.

They get to pick which state's rights will be applied. That's what is really meant by 'state's rights'. 

It's exactly the same as before, claiming that the Civil War was about state's rights and that's all they want to talk about. But the reality was it wasn't just that the south wanted their slaves, they also wanted to be able to purchase large chunks of land in the north and fill those up with slaves as well because their particular 'state's rights' were more important than any other state's rights.

Now they're claiming that the letter they sent to Harvard was sent by mistake. LOL Is there anything they do that doesn't end up becoming a mistake somehow at some point? If it was such a mistake, then why when they refused to comply did Trump freeze their funding and threaten their tax-exempt status in response? You gotta be kidding me. Feels like this is Trump trying to back down after realizing he asked for too much and blaming it on someone else so he doesn't seem weak so he can then try and get Harvard to acquiesce to some lesser set of demands.

The problem with that is he's the one that is supposed to be the adult in the room and be giving the sane orders that others will follow. Instead, he's the dog that needs to be told exactly what to do at all times or he just goes back to licking his asshole.
