It’s too chaotic right now, but let’s see if it was legitimate or staged, since people are noticing things seem…off.  As if this shit won’t cause right wing violence which will make things more chaotic.

One of those at the rally being interviewed by the BBC said that the shooter himself was shot.  He said that the original shots came from a building near a water tower to stage left.

Trump’s camp is saying he’s fine.  The DNC needs to condemn this shit immediately.

This only strengthens the argument to get Joe out.

I see I'm too late to point out that there HAVE been instances both here and on the [asmb] where the webmaster had to give posts over as part of an investigation.

Which is not to say that it will happen here, but in the non-zero chance it did some of those posts would make your FBI agent go "huh."

No one here has threatened violence from what I’ve seen.  Of course the ASMB was a bit more…lawless.

You aren’t wrong.  If we’re all pissed off at Trump for promoting violent rhetoric, then allowing the same towards the other side is hypocritical and missing the point.

I'm on the record and remain on the record that I want his death to be remembered for how absolutely pathetic he went. Choking on a Big Mac or a piece of hot dog that someone didn't cut into small enough pieces. Falling down the stairs of his airplane. Asphyxiated from the fumes of a super full Huggie. Struck by lightening in mid-lie. And maybe lasered by a passing Death Star although that might actually be considered strangely cool. Dying in a self-induced rage in solitary confinement. 

An assassination attempt that fails is just him ramping up to claim he's the second coming of Reagan while MTG starts posting about how he's the second coming of frickin' Jesus. Again.

Well, he does have a lot of enemies on both sides.  Everyone that got caught in his White House revolving door, everyone he "fired" on his tv show, everyone he dissed in his comments, everyone he "barely knew" that got in trouble helping him somehow, every military member he called "losers"...

Not only that but it’s such a bullshit attempt I think it was someone who knew what the results of a failed attempt would be and now that the shooter is conveniently dead we won’t ever really know
