I barely remember her outside the bird thing, but she was only around for like half a year and it was prior to the ASMB shutting down. I don't think it was on the final host yet. Did anyone have her contact info? Did someone invite her? How the fuck would she get here in the first place?

Well.....when this place first took off, I wasn't a member...I refused to join because it was ran by luuv and I didn't want to deal with his shit...but I was also a spiteful dick. 

I did in fact know her FB and I sent her the link eons ago to troll this place....but that was a completely different board, so I can't say for sure if she found it just by the name.

I sent it to Packshit too, but he'll never admit he is here from a link I inboxed him. Even gave it to the fake "Parker West" FB I had at the time that I was sure wasn't actually westpark, but anything to be disruptive. 

I'm not proud of any of it at this point, but the only reason I caved in was Nabs. He even offered me his account to check it out because I wouldn't make one....I finally said nah, I'll join.

This site was listed on ASMB when it was shut down on a 404 type screen. Also there was discussion on Reddit about it. I joined nearly 3 years ago to talk about AOT.

Okay, I'm pretty sure that wasn't the case.

The boards were run by a massive corporation that didn't care about the boards enough to inform admins of when the closure would happen. They were shut down and it took a week for them to realize we were still fucking around on it.

Nobody went in and made a custom 404 page to link here. It's not an official site and nobody like Luuv was going to have that kind of access, much less to be able to force a link to a shady site that had a severe nazi problem through the approvals process.

I don't buy it.

You might’ve saw the comic posted elsewhere with UE linked, but no AS didn’t plug this shit.

They wouldn’t plug here because they thought the livestreams were enough and then they shut that down too. I was able to reuse my login info during the app/streams and that was about it. I didn’t know about here until way after when both were gone.

I do remember something to the effect of there being a link to some kind of social media place, but it didn’t link to Reddit or this place (well its predecessor).  I only found out about this place because Luuv directly contacted me.

The only links on the site to an outside source for the longest time were to three different Toonami-based sites, all of which had less activity than this place on the average Tuesday morning and/or were all but shut down. 

I did attempt to reach out and try to get them to include this place as an actual active link for Toonami discussion at the very least but never heard back.

It was a new, unknown site by a bunch of random, anonymous online nerds. It's hard to get shadier.

And it's pretty hard to deny the severity of the alt-right's presence when we had basically daily arguments over how to handle it.

There was nothing "shady" about the UEMB - the same people that had been posting for over a decade on ASMB were in the UEMB, including our favorite racist shit stains who, for the most part, endured an endless barrage of mockery and ridicule.  If you want to suggest there was a severe problem, it wasn't from something like bigotry or hate but it could be argued that there were one or two bullies.

There was Tic, an astro knockoff, that Metropolis guy the went to jail for attempted terrorism, Bucket, both Ginguy and MD went nuts with alt-right memes, and I'm sure there were others. Anyways, I've been watching Tisa Tells lately, and I think she's onto something when she says that the alleged victim may be getting the years mixed up. If she were to say 2003 then Buzbee and the alleged victim might have a strong case. Either way I don't see this case being thrown out anytime soon. That typically takes about 9 months to about a year before I judge actually decides that. Jay is just going to have to trust the process.

So far no one has cut ties with Jay-Z and she's still performing on Christmas day, so for now, I think Beyonce will be fine.
