I always thought they tasted weird.

they were crunchy. marshmallows aren't supposed to be crunchy...

Though I havent had a box of lucky charms in ages.. I never found the marshmallows 'crunchy' especially if you put the shit in milk like you're supposed to.. You fucking tipping the box over in your mouth or are we talking cereal bars?

I probably haven’t eaten any since the 90s, so I may be misremembering.

The secret is to find a cereal that tastes like something if you somehow run out of marshmallows.

*stares daggers at a box of Lucky Charms*

On the other hand, too flavorful can be a problem too because it can make marshmallows feel redundant like in Froot Loops. Trix are a little less tasty which is why their Trolls with marshmallows cereal works so well for me. I just bought one of those Dunkin cereals, so I wonder what that will taste like.

Mostly no.

That Dunkin Donuts cereal I had a while back wasn't bad and had marshmallows if I recall though.

Dude. I don't like marshmallows or coffee, but I was bored and tried the caramel macchiato Dunkin cereal and it wasn't bad.

Althaea officinalis, or marsh-mallow,[2] is a perennial species indigenous to Europe, Western Asia, and North Africa, which is used in herbalism and as an ornamental plant. A confection made from the root since ancient Egyptian times evolved into today's marshmallow treat,[3] but most modern marshmallow treats no longer contain any marsh-mallow root.[4]
