Depending on what games I might consider it eventually, but considering both Sony and MS are releasing 1st party games of theirs onto PC I have no incentive to get a console. Gran Turismo 7 and FFXVI are going to take a while along with any prospective fighting games so I’m not in much of a hurry to get it ASAP. The PS4 was a letdown in those regards because there were a ton of digital PS1 games I bought on the PS3 but considered Sound Shapes as the only game they wanted to port over from my old console. Eventually Sony will probably come out with something I must have, but it's unlikely. Microsoft on the otherhand is already planning on releasing everything on pc. wacky1980 Posted November 16, 2020 Author Share Posted November 16, 2020 so demon's souls is fucking amazing in 1440p60. i avoided the souls franchise until now because i didn't want to dedicate that much effort to a video game, but this looked beautiful and it was out on launch day. it was either this or godfall, which looks like it's gonna be a shiny turd. i spent the first 3 or 4 hours cussing and reconsidering my life choices. then shit started to click, and now i'm hooked. the ps5 controller is just stupid immersive. the maps and visuals are so pretty. and this is just a launch day game? i can't wait for what's coming in the next year+.
